Meet Jazzama

Built for Big Conversations.

I’m Jazzama Perry, founder of JP Mediation Group.
This work isn’t just a service it’s a responsibility I carry with care, because I’ve lived both sides of conflict: the emotional and the logistical.

I am a trained Paralegal with specialized training in Negotiation, Mediation & Conflict Resolution, as well as Human Resources, Leadership, and Communication Strategy. But what truly shaped me isn’t just professional training it’s life itself.

I’ve been a teen mom, a single parent, and a breast cancer survivor who’s had to rebuild more than once. I know what it feels like to face moments where everything seems uncertain, and I understand how messy, emotional, and exhausting conflict can feel especially when the stakes are deeply personal.

At JP Mediation Group, I work with families, individuals, and companies facing high-stakes moments:

  • Co-parenting disagreements

  • Business partnership disputes

  • Employee and workplace friction

  • Estate and legacy issues

  • Or even the silence that’s turned into resentment

This isn’t therapy. It’s forward movement. I don’t take sides I create structure, clarity, and agreements that feel fair, respectful, and lasting.

What I Do / What I Don’t

✅ I Do:

✔ Facilitate tough conversations with calm and clarity
✔ Guide individuals, families, and partners through emotional and legal transitions
✔ Draft and notarize custody, co-parenting, and estate agreements
✔ Support resolution that restores peace without compromising your boundaries or your power

🚫 I Don’t:

✘ Diagnose or treat mental health conditions
✘ Offer therapy or counseling
✘ Take sides, rush the process, or force an outcome
✘ Ignore deeper issues or settle for surface-level “quick fixes”
