What Is Mediation?

Mediation is a structured, confidential process led by a neutral third party who helps people communicate, clarify misunderstandings, and reach mutually acceptable solutions.

Unlike court proceedings, mediation is voluntary, private, and solution-focused.
You stay in control of the outcome not a judge.

Our goal: to help you find common ground, reduce conflict, and create clear, written agreements you can stand behind.

Our Mediation Process.

Simple. Structured. Supportive

Step 1: Private Consultation
Discuss your situation and goals in confidence. We review whether mediation is the best path for your needs.

Step 2: Guided Mediation Session
You’ll meet in a neutral setting (virtual or in-person) to discuss issues with our trained mediator, focusing on communication and collaboration.

Step 3: Agreement Summary & Closure
We document what was mutually agreed upon in a Mediation Summary of Understanding — signed and optionally notarized for recordkeeping.
